1. Pick your products
Which products are concerned?
- Classic diapers
- T.MAC training pants with T.MAC inserts
- New packaged absorbent pads (only)
- Pull-up diapers Swim diapers
Return Conditions:
We only accept parcels containing a minimum of 3 items.
We accept diapers that are:
- In new condition – diapers that have never been used and are still packaged in their original wrapping.
- In very good condition – new diapers without packaging, or diapers that have been used very lightly.
- In good condition – diapers that have been used but are still perfectly suitable for other babies! Diapers must be free of stains and holes, and the elastics must be clean and not stretched out.
All diapers must be washed before being sent.
2. Contact us
Fill out this online form and send it to secondepetitefesse@hamac-paris.fr. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
3. Send your parcel FREE of charge
We will send you a prepaid shipping label. You can then prepare your parcel and drop it off for free at a relay point or at the post office.
4. Make some money!
Upon receiving your parcel, our Quality team will inspect your items and assess their condition. You will then receive a buyback offer based on the pricing table below.
Once you accept the offer, the sale will be finalized!
If you do not accept the proposed price, your items will be donated to charities. Alternatively, we can return them to you at your own expense.
Processing time: 4 weeks
Pricing table :
Receive your payment either by bank transfer or as a credit to your customer account (valid across our website, excluding the repair service), depending on your preference.
